Pauline Einstein (née Koch) is a recurring character on the first season of Genius. She was the mother of the physicist Albert Einstein.
She is portrayed by Claire Rushbrook.

While packing to move to Italy, Pauline says goodbye to her son Albert, telling him to make her proud.
Pauline and the Einstein family are surprised by the arrival of Albert in Milan. Her reactiom to him much more heartfelt than her husbands, who asks why he wasn't in school. Albert also wishes to stay in Milan to Pauline's happiness.

At dinner, Pauline and Hermann praise Albert's abilities and say they are proud of him. Pauline also finds his courtship to Marie Winteler wonderful, however Albert says he is not ready for marriage.
