Biography[]
1922[]
On June 24, Walther Rathenau, the Foreign Minister for the Weimar Republic, leaves his house for the Reichstag. His car is followed by another containing two men who stop Rathenau on the road. For "ruining Germany" the two assassins shoot the minister and blow up his car with a grenade for good measure.
In his legacy, Germany orders a national holiday to be established in the commemoration of his death.
